Tracy Payton– President. Mr. Payton brings over 16 years of experience in the construction industry. He has extensive experience with government contracts, both as a government project administrator and civilian contractor. He has also been recognized for innovative expertise and construction management talents by several U.S. Air Force organizations, including Headquarters Pacific Air Command highest award for contract management.
Terry Edwards– Estimator. With over 40 years of experience in the heavy construction field, Mr. Edwards has managed millions of dollars in projects. He has a broad background in construction management, heavy construction, road building, earthmoving, and underground utilities. Mr. Edwards’ responsibilities include overall project management, project layout and scheduling, crew supervision, coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, extensive safety knowledge and background, overseeing timely completion of project reports and drawings, as well as estimating and bidding.
Brian Vance- Project Manager (Electrical Division), brings over 30 years of experience in the electrical field. He supervises electrical projects in addition to estimating and bidding. He is a State of Alaska Licensed Electrical Administrator.
Steve Nazaroff- Project Manager (Mechanical Division), brings over 20 years of experience in estimating, design, and installation of mechanical and plumbing systems in the construction industry. He is a State of Alaska Licensed Mechanical Administrator.
